Clarifications:
1. Will the vendor be responsible to provide the fire / door connection? No, that will be done by Washington County (as per original bid specs section 11.A.i.c)
2. Motion sensors need brought to code
3. There will be more doors added to our current numbers, they were instructed to quote what was in the original bid, minus 1 extra door for the 5th floor.
4. We need egress accounting on all exterior facing exit doors.
5. Main Courthouse control panel is a 24 volt system; all subsequent buildings should be the same.
6. Main Courthouse System has two control panels (8 modules) on first floor and one panel (4 modules) on 5th floor
7. Sever space .... on premise - as per original bid specs Section 11.A.ii - No Software Solutions that include subscriptions, cloud based system or monthly payments will be
accepted. This will be a onetime one premises installation with only annual software maintenance and support contracts allowed
8. Rack mounted server preferred; Standard 19” rack width
9. Quote 12 doors minimum for Main Courthouse as per original bid specs
10. 1 year standard with options on warranty
11. Place an addendum for added door strike on 5th floor breakroom
12. Is there an egress monitor if door is propped open or tracking for it? The system currently does account for it, just does not alert or send any notifications.
13. Do we want it quoted? Add options as an addendum
14. Is the key strike mag locks to be kept unless upgrade is necessary for system update
15. County to be admin to maintain and make sure items work
16. Human Resources and Security to be added as administrators, view only, Tiered administration levels for users, departments, roles – as per original bid specs – Section: 11.1.A.vi
17. Integrated badge station with current system. New one will need to be on system. Per original bid specs: Fully integrated badging application
18. 400 needed badges (already in original bid specs, Section: 11.2.E)
19. Annex employee door has no egress, rear entrance
20. Prosecutors/Public Defender not included - These are individual keypad, self contained units on some doors. Not currently tied into the existing Hubmanager system and no plans to add/convert them at this time.
21. Currently there are 2 doors at Annex, should be quoted per the original bid specs for 8.
22. Does Assessors key code work – yes.
23. Reminder of bid requirements: This project will be installed in phases, depending on funding. Initial phase will utilize a $15,000 grant for installation of the badging software and hardware and main courthouse, or potentially the entire north campus depending on costs. Phase 1 shall be complete by December 31, 2018.
