GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS: Washington County is seeking competitive sealed bids, by a licensed Arkansas State
Contractor, to install an audio video system upgrade at the Judicial Annex.
REQUIREMENT: Bidders failing to comply with any of the following requirements will not be considered for the evaluation and award process:
- Each quote submitted must include 100% of all items within each category
- Submittals are required to list brand names on the items bid.
