General Specifications: Washington County, Arkansas is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified consultants to provide counsel and assistance with project installation and implementation of a new Motorola P25 emergency communications land mobile radio system. 

Requirement:  Bidders must comply with the following requirements to be considered for the evaluation and award process:

1. Bidders must quote 100% of all items within each category; and
2. Bidders must list brand names on the items bid.

1. Clearly Write "RFQ 2020-01 Communication Consultant" on the outside of the sealed package
2. Come to the Courthouse entry door and wait for Security
3. Drop-off package in 5th floor to Purchasing
