General Specifications: Washington County intends to construct an addition of 232 beds to the existing correctional facility with an addition of approximately 36,975 square feet on County owned property located at 1155 W. Clydesdale Drive in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Requirement: Bidders must comply with the following requirements to be considered for the evaluation and award process:
- Bidders must quote 100% of all items within each category; and
- Bidders must list brand names on the items bid.
