GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS: The Washington County Building & Grounds Office is requesting proposals (“Proposal”) from qualified contractor to replace metal roof with architectural asphalt shingled roof at the Washington County Cooperative Extension building located at 2536 N. McConnell Drive. Fayetteville, AR 72701.
REQUIREMENT: Bidders must comply with the following requirements to be considered for the evaluation and award process:
- Bidders must quote 100% of all items within each category; and
- Bidders must list brand names on the items bid.
Each respondent is required to fill in every blank and shall supply 100% of all of the information requested within each section; failure to do so may be used as a basis of rejection

Washington County Purchasing Office.
