GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS: The Washington County Building & Grounds Office is requesting proposals (“Proposal”) from qualified contractor to remove and recaulk all exterior caulk joints, and clean and seal all exterior masonry at the Washington County Judicial Annex located at 123 N. College Ave, Fayetteville, AR 72701.
REQUIREMENT: Bidders must comply with the following requirements to be considered for the evaluation and award process:
- Bidders must quote 100% of all items within each category; and
- Bidders must list brand names on the items bid.
Each respondent is required to fill in every blank and shall supply 100% of all of the information requested within each section; failure to do so may be used as a basis of rejection
