GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS: The Washington County Building & Grounds Office is requesting proposals (“Proposal”) from qualified contractor to make updates to 2nd and 3rd floor Lobby/Common Area Flooring for the Washington County Courthouse located at 280 N. College Ave, Fayetteville, AR 72701.
REQUIREMENT: Bidders must comply with the following requirements to be considered for the evaluation and award process:
- Bidders must quote 100% of all items within each category; and
Each respondent is required to fill in every blank and shall supply 100% of all of the information requested within each section; failure to do so may be used as a basis of rejection
