GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS: The Washington County Assessor’s Office is requesting proposals (“Proposal”) from companies that provide machine learning sales verification software that streamlines the change of ownership process for real estate transactions.
REQUIREMENT: Bidders must comply with the following requirements to be considered for the evaluation and award process:
- Bidders must quote 100% of all items within each category; and
- Bidders must list brand names on the items bid.
Each respondent is required to fill in every blank and shall supply 100% of all of the information requested within each section; failure to do so may be used as a basis of rejection
Information: For additional information, bidders shall direct inquiries to the
Washington County Purchasing Office.

- RFP posted on County website on December 2, 2024
- RFP request for clarifications to be submitted by 2:00 PM on Monday, December 16, 2024
- RFP due at 4:00 PM, Thursday, January 2, 2025
- RFP opened at 9:00 AM, Friday, January 3, 2025
