GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS: The Washington County Building & Grounds Office is requesting proposals (“Proposal”) from qualified contractor to remodel interior office space for Washington County Election Commission building located at 2721 S. Brink Drive. Fayetteville, AR 72701.
REQUIREMENT: Bidders must comply with the following requirements to be considered for the evaluation and award process:
- Bidders must quote 100% of all items within each category; and
Each respondent is required to fill in every blank and shall supply 100% of all of the information requested within each section; failure to do so may be used as a basis of rejection
Information: For additional information, bidders shall direct inquiries to the Washington County Purchasing Office.

- RFP posted on County website on Monday, January 13, 2025.
- RFP request for clarifications to be submitted by 2:00 PM on Monday, January 20, 2025.
- RFP due at 4:00 PM, Tuesday, January 28, 2025.
- RFP opened at 9:00 AM, Wednesday, January 29, 2025.
