GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS: The Washington County Department of Emergency Management is seeking bids for two (2) new vehicles.
REQUIREMENT: Bidders must comply with the following requirements to be considered for the evaluation and award process:
- Bidders must quote 100% of all items within each category; and
Each respondent is required to fill in every blank and shall supply 100% of all of the information requested within each section; failure to do so may be used as a basis of rejection
Information: For additional information, bidders shall direct inquiries to the Washington County Purchasing Office.
Time Schedule:
- BID posted on County website February 10th, 2025.
- BID requests for interpretations to be submitted by 2:00PM on Tuesday, February 18th, 2025.
- BID due at 4:00 PM, Monday, February 24th, 2025.
- BID opened at 9:00 AM, Tuesday, February 25th, 2025.
