GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:  Washington County IT Department is seeking bids for thirty (30) Cisco C9300L-48P-4X-A Switches

 REQUIREMENT:  Bidders must comply with the following requirements to be considered for the evaluation and award process:

1. Bidders must quote 100% of all items within each category; and
2. Bidders must list brand names on the items bid.

Each respondent is required to fill in every blank and shall supply 100% of all of the information requested within each section; failure to do so may be used as a basis of rejection

Information:  For additional information, bidders shall direct inquiries to the Washington County Purchasing Office.

Time Schedule:

1. BID posted on County website February 28th, 2025.
2. BID requests for interpretations to be submitted by 2:00PM on Wednesday, March 10th, 2025.
3. BID due at 4:00 PM, Monday, March 17th, 2025.
4. BID opened at 9:00 AM, Tuesday, March 18th, 2025.
