safe shelter in Evansville, Arkansas (20493 South Highway 59, Evansville, AR 72729).

REQUIREMENT: Bidders failing to comply with any of the following requirements will not be considered for the

evaluation and award process:

1. Bidders must quote 100% of all items within each category

2. Bidders are required to list brand names on the items bid.
