GENERAL: Washington County is requesting competitive sealed bids on concrete, for the Washington County Road Department.
GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS: Washington County is soliciting bids for concrete in Washington County January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018. Bidder shall bid both 4000 PSI & 3000 PSI and Class S 4000 PSI at 28 days. The successful bidder shall be responsible for all costs incurred by County if concrete fails 4000 or 3000 psi independent lab tests. All concrete must meet Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department specifications.
REQUIREMENT: Bidders failing to comply with any of the following requirements will not be considered for the evaluation and award process:
