GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS: Washington County is requesting statements of qualifications from vendors to provide an Auctioneering service for the sale of County owned personal property in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local government laws and as per specifications contained in this document.
REQUIREMENTS: Respondents failing to comply with any of the following requirements will not be considered for the evaluation and award process:
Each respondent is required to fill in every blank and shall supply 100% of all of the information requested within each section; failure to do so may be used as a basis of rejection.

Purchasing. Bidders shall direct bid inquiries to the Washington County Purchasing Office.
Request for Clarifications:
1) Is this proposal for an on-line auction only? or onsite? or a combination of each?
The Auctioneer service must have the ability to conduct an online auction. However, auctions may also be onsite.
2) Is there an estimate of how many vehicles-etc. that will be for sale?
This service will be provided during 2018. There is currently not a calculated number/value of items to sell
