Addendum

Request for Clarifications 1: Will there be a mandatory pre-bid meeting? If so, can you tell me when and where?

There will not be a mandatory bid meeting. However, there will be an optional site visit for all respondents to walk through. The date and time will be February 8, 2018 @ 1:00 p.m. commencing at the Judicial Annex Building 123 N. College Ave, Fayetteville AR 72701. No transportation will be provided. All questions will be submitted, by listed location,  in writing to Purchasing. (example below)

 Location  Question
Health Department  How old in the building?
Coop. Extension Office  What color are the bricks?
ALL  (Your general overall questions here)

Request for Clarifications 2: Could you please advise if there will be time to measure the various buildings included in the RFP during the February 8th walk through?

No; the walk through is simply that. The square footage of each building is listed on the RFP. If additional measurements are needed, please note that the buildings are public access with regular business hours. If time does not permit for additional measurements during the walk through (not to disturb business as usual), measurements may be taken later.
