Arkansas Law states that businesses shall assess their tangible personal property, which consists primarily of fixed assets, supplies and inventory, for ad valorem taxes.

Furthering our service to Washington County businesses those businesses with already established accounts may complete the annual required assessment on-line, go to www.ScoutAssess.com

If the business is new or new to Washington County, download the Assessment form complete and return to our office via mail, e-mail or in person.

Please remember to assess your business personal property between January 1st and May 31st each year to avoid a 10% penalty.
